Simple Ways to Stay Motivated!
Simple Ways to Stay Motivated
Do you constantly feel as though you have a million things to do, but not nearly enough time in the world to complete them? Perhaps the load is so big you just give up before you even start? Whatever your situation is I am here to help! I have put together a list of the ways I am able to stay motivated throughout the day so I can accomplish everything on my list for that day; I hope this list helps you as well.

So, Lets Get Motivated!!!
*Sleep Matters! Mommas, as tempting as it may be to stay up late binge watching your favorite show on Netflix, don't! Trust me, you will feel so much better in the morning after getting at least eight hours of sleep.
*Get up early and get dressed, style your hair, and put on your makeup; even if you have no plans to go anywhere for the day. I get it, it is very tempting to get as many z's as possible before the kiddos wake up, but I've found that when I wake up an hour before them and get started on my day it makes me feel excited for the day and ready to start getting things done.
*Keep your health in check ladies! You must remember to not only make sure your children are healthy but that you are as well. When you eat healthy and workout regularly you feel more energized and awake, which helps enable you to get more done; working out early in the morning helps so much when trying to get energized!
*Construct a plan, whether it be daily, weekly, or monthly; whichever works best for you. Make sure you don't take on too much at once, only schedule what you know you can get done.
*Don't beat yourself up; if you are unable to accomplish everything on your list for the day it is ok. You may just need to go back to the planning board or book and minimize your daily schedule.
*Keep your house clean and organized, I know it is not easy to keep a clean house with kids, but take it from someone with experience, when your house is decluttered so is your head. Not only will you be able to think more clearly, but you will be able to locate items easier, and you will be happier!
*Stay away from the tv and the computer! It is tempting to go on Facebook or Pinterest first thing when you wake up in the morning, but that is a bad idea, because before you know it it is lunch time and you have a big pile of laundry to fold, dirty dishes in the sink, and you still have to go grocery shopping. Once your daily list is completed you can tweet to your hearts content, just don't forget to give the kid's dinner! If you really need some background noise, just turn on some music, it will help keep you going!
*Complete the things on your list you hate the most. I have started completing the tasks I dislike the most first, so that I can get them out of the way and enjoy the rest of my day, it has helped me to not put things off and to get more done!
*Keep the end in mind, don't forget what you are working towards. As long as you remember what your goal for the day is you will stay determined to complete your tasks for that day.
*Lastly, Do Not Give Up! Whatever it is you may be trying to accomplish you can do it! Do not stop trying no matter what anyone says or what road blocks you may encounter along the way. I believe in you momma!
